The Process

Judith Arnell will personally help you design the jewelry of your dreams.  Make an appointment to work with Judith to design that exceptional piece of jewelry.  

For inspiration, we have plenty of jewelry in-house to work with and photos of jewelry we’ve made in the past. If you have photos, please bring them with you. Next, we sketch your design. After that, we will either create the jewelry by hand, or we can create a wax model using computer aided design (CAD).

At this point, you have the option of viewing the computer rendering of the finished piece to make sure the design is correct. Next, the CAD is rendered into a 3D actual size wax model which is cast into the precious metal of your choice (Platinum, Palladium, Karat gold, Sterling silver). Finally, our talented goldsmiths, setters, polishers and engravers add the finishing touches. The whole process generally takes 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
