Hi Judith!!

I want to express my sincere gratitude for all you have done for Kristen’s engagement ring, it is absolutely gorgeous!! And she absolutely loves it!!

We got engaged in Big Sur on Friday morning, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the amazing mountains and coastline. It was so beautiful. Just us on a little bluff overlooking the water, and the experience was surreal. What a day it was, the best day of our lives. And you are such a big part of it, the ring is amazing!

Kristen is continually getting compliments from family and friends on how beautiful the ring is. And she is beaming!!

First and foremost, thank you once again for making the selection of the engagement ring painless. You were amazing from the start and you really helped put my fears/concerns to rest. It was so great to be working with someone I knew I could trust off the bat. She can't stop looking at her ring, so I think it is a success to say the least. Absolute perfection.

Friday was the big day!! All the planning and coordination came together. The proposal happened at our house, followed by a surprise dinner, then surprised her on Saturday morning with a quick trip. All the preparation paid off and we had a weekend we will never forget.

My fiance and I had my engagement ring custom made by Judith, and I cannot believe how much I love this ring. Judith and her staff are amazingly kind, receptive, communicative, and respectful and made the process easy.

I sought out jewelers who would be able to meet my specific design tastes and work with moissanite, since my fiance and I didn't want a diamond center stone for ethical and price considerations. The first jeweler we visited scoffed at the idea of moissanite, and while he was affordable, he said we would have to order the moissanite stone ourselves. His attitude threw me off. The second jeweler we visited is a larger local chain whose reviews tout custom creations and large selections. The sales associate wasn't able to give us a quote, so she took my information and said she would contact me. She texted me a few days later and then apparently didn't want my business because I never heard from her again.

The third (and final) business we visited was Judith Arnell Jewelers. We explained what we were seeking to the friendly staff, who didn't blink twice at the mention of moissanite. Judith said she would seek out some stones. Well, finding moissanite and side stones to fit in our budget was a little more difficult than expected. However, Judith was never out of contact, emailing me every few days, sometimes multiple times a day, with updates on her search for the perfect stones, which she ultimately found while at an industry event in Las Vegas.

Working with Judith to design the ring of my dreams was great. She and her staff are the utmost professionals. I can't wait to go back when it's time to buy wedding bands.

Custom made rings at a local jeweler and staying within your budget is possible!!!  My fiancee and I did just that and had the BEST experience at Judith Arnell Jewelers! We live in Seattle but have family in the Portland area and were referred to Judith. After going to different chain stores, Judith was such a breath of fresh air. She was professional, friendly and genuinely interested in helping us design a wedding ring within our budget--and we actually stayed within our budget. We liked her so much that we also got my fiancees ring and my wedding band with her--all our rings we got through Judith.

Judith send us many emails of different oval diamonds within our budget. We weren't originally planning on getting a D ranked colorless diamond thinking it would be beyond our budget, yet Judith hand picked a beautiful diamond within our price range. Even the setting is perfect, I found that at the chain stores the halo settings were awkward, the center diamond often was set too high and I didn't want something that would snag easily working as a nurse. I can take my gloves on and off and I never snag on my ring. Judith even put beautiful filigree detail under the halo setting, my ring is literally one of a kind.

I have gotten so many compliments on my ring from friends to strangers; one of my co-workers said it was "the most beautiful ring" she had ever seen.

Wedding rings are a big investment and we are very happy and grateful we found Judith Arnell.  We both we delightfully surprised how easy the process was with her and we couldn't be more happy with our rings. I'm blown away by my ring every day. Thanks Judith!

Getting engaged is never an easy process and for someone who knew nothing about engagement rings, it’s much harder.  Judith was the lighthouse that led me to the absolute perfect ring for my fiancé.  The look on her face when she saw the ring was priceless and I cannot thank Judith enough for her guidance.

Up until a few months ago, I knew nothing about diamonds or engagement rings.

I was about go to Shane Co. because I just assumed that was the norm for the soon-to-be engaged.  Luckily, I met Judith. My husband gave me the most incredible yellow diamond designed by Judith Arnell.  It is the most spectacular ring. White diamonds are set to perfection without seeing any hardware to showcase the yellow diamond.  It is a piece of art to be treasured.
